Job summary

Gold’s Gym is seeking Personal Trainers to deliver customized fitness programs, educate members on nutrition and effective training methods, and help clients stay motivated toward their goals. Trainers will maintain professional client files and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities include designing tailored workouts, demonstrating techniques, and promoting training services in a supportive, fitness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited) and CPR/AED must be current or obtained.
• Experience designing fitness programming for varying needs.
• Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, nutrition, and exercise science.
• Morning hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Help clients reach health and fitness goals through cardio, flexibility and resistance training.
• Be punctual and prepared for all appointments with clients or staff meetings.
• Motivate clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Design and tailor exercise programs to individual client goals.
• Demonstrate and teach exercises with feedback on technique.
• Maintain accurate and current client files.

Gold’s Gym Personal Trainers provide customized fitness programs to our members while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle. Clients sign up with a personal trainer to be motivated, educated, and held accountable while working towards their fitness goals.

• Punctual and prepared for all appointments with clients or staff meetings
