Job Description:

KlickWay Athletics is seeking a certified personal trainer to join our dynamic team in RENTON. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients
• Ability to lead semi-private training, 1:1 training and group classes
• Provide nutritional guidance and support
• Track client progress and adjust programs as necessary
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
• Strong knowledge of health and fitness
• Strong sales and closing experience (for training services)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading group classes
• Strong local network of clients that you can bring to the business
• Additional certifications in nutrition, yoga, or other fitness specialties

Additional Details

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
