Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Minnesota. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, motivate others, and bring a fun, upbeat attitude.

This role involves conducting service appointments, creating individualized exercise programs, advising members on goal achievement, and maintaining a clean facility while helping drive monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification or plan to become certified within 60 days of employment.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper exercise form.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs based on members' fitness goals.
• Continuously monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals established by management.
• Partner with sales/management to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.

Qualifications:

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) OR agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment
• First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
