Job summary

Exos is seeking a passionate certified Personal Trainer to join our Kirkland gym. You will design and deliver personalized workouts, coaching individuals and small groups, and help clients reach their health goals with expert guidance and motivational support.

Responsibilities include tracking sessions, planning workouts, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with the training team to elevate service quality. CPR/First Aid and 1+ year experience required.

Qualifications

• Certified through a nationally accredited body (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent).
• Valid CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Trainer working directly with clients.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness, with demonstrated ability to perform and teach training movements.
• Proven ability to motivate and instruct clients with varying fitness levels.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and its role in fitness and weight loss.
• Ability to connect and communicate with diverse client groups in a corporate gym environment.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support gym operations and client satisfaction.

Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
