Crunch Fitness is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer in Eastlake, OH. You will design personalized workouts, guide members through resistance training and cardio, and help clients achieve lasting results while promoting CrunchOne Kickoff and training programs.

Ideal candidates are certified or pursuing CPT, with strong coaching skills, safety emphasis, and a passion for motivating others. This role offers a fast-paced, energetic environment and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Help clients reach their goals through personalized fitness programs.
• Coach members on resistance training, cardio, nutrition, and product recommendations.
• Deliver unforgettable sessions that keep clients coming back.
• Meet/exceed monthly expectations for sessions, PT revenue, and product sales.
• Contribute to club success with energy, professionalism, and passion.
• Promote CrunchOne Kickoff and sell training programs.
