Sales experience is not required. If you're a strong coach who connects naturally with people, we'll help you develop the skills needed to confidently participate in consultations and onboarding.
We believe good onboarding starts with listening and understanding someone's goals—not high-pressure selling.
This position begins part-time at approximately 9+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities.
Our clients train throughout the day, including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and some weekends.
We'll discuss availability during the interview process to determine a schedule that works well with our current coaching needs.
Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience and responsibilities
Employment: W-2

Full-Time Compensation: Approximately $50,000/year depending on role, schedule, and responsibilities
Every new coach completes a paid FIT RESULTS® training and onboarding period to learn our coaching methodology, Semi-Private Personal Training model, programming approach, client experience, and onboarding process.
We don't expect you to already know our system. We'll teach you how we do things while also giving you an opportunity to bring your own experience and strengths to the team.
At FIT RESULTS®, the personal comes before the training.
We want our coaches to know their clients—not just their workouts.
Our goal is for every client to feel seen, challenged, supported, and cared for while working toward meaningful results.
For the right coach, this is an opportunity to do what you love while continuing to develop your skills and career with an established, locally owned fitness business.
If you're a trainer who loves coaching, enjoys working with people, and wants an opportunity to grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you.
