Job summary

Anytime Fitness Chesterland is seeking certified, motivated Personal Trainers to join our team. You will work directly with clients to create personalized fitness programs, track progress, and provide motivation to help them achieve their goals.

This in-person role offers per-session pay with commissions, flexible scheduling, and free gym membership, enabling you to stay engaged while helping members reach their health objectives.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
• Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels.
• 1+ year of personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safe, effective, personalized training plans using our coaching app.
• Teach proper exercise technique and monitor client safety during sessions.
• Motivate clients to stay consistent and engaged using our state of the art body composition scanners.
• Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized training space.
• Support gym events and promotions.
