Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a qualified fitness professional to design and lead individualized training programs and group classes for clients and guests. You will monitor sessions, track progress, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across fitness facilities.

The role includes planning classes by skill level, conducting workouts, enforcing facility policies, and maintaining accurate records of client progress and equipment status.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must possess current ACE Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer certification or equivalent.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan classes around the skill levels of the participants.
• Lead fitness classes and/or provide personal training sessions.
• Monitor well-being of participants and enforce facility policies.
• Complete records and reports as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.

Overview

This position is responsible to design individualized training programs and/or lead fitness classes for clients and guests, monitor client training sessions, and maintain records of client’s progress. Also monitors fitness facilities ensuring cleanliness, safety, and positive guest experiences.

Enforce all fitness facility policies, rules, and regulations. Complete records and reports as needed. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas and ensure equipment and classrooms are in working order.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age. Must possess current ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer certification or equivalent. Current CPR and AED certification required.
