Elevation Health is seeking highly motivated Personal Trainers/Group Fitness Instructors to build their clientele in a community fitness facility in Baltimore, MD. Elevation has set rates for personal training and packages, provides a payment platform and scheduler, and provides marketing for trainers.

• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Personal training certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with members, be the face of the fitness program by delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide fitness assessments.
• Provide individual and group equipment orientations.
• Web portal technology oversight and management.
• Personal training.
• Client relationship- Communications and reporting.
• Operate and follow all rules, regulations and security protocols provided by client.

Salary Range: $33.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Individuals should provide excellent leadership, up-to-date quality instruction, and high energy motivation to members and participants in order to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Must be professional, motivational, and show excellent customer service.

REQUIRED Certifications:

• CPR/AED
• National personal training certification (must be approved - including but not limited to ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.)
• Professional liability insurance

Job Type: Part-time, Contractor

Commission Based: 60% commission on personal training packages

Hourly Rate $17-18/hour if picking up coverage shifts.
