The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, caregiver education, and strong communication with families. A valid Georgia driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward seniors.
• Ability to use a smartphone and basic tech for scheduling.
• CPR & First Aid certification; TB skin test or chest X-ray within required window.
• Pass background check and be willing to drug screen.
• Hold a valid Georgia driver's license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers and ambulation for clients.
• Monitor vital signs and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Complete daily activity logs for each shift.
