Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Stylist Support Manager in Beverly Hills to lead the Assistant Team and manage end-to-end styling visit logistics for off-site events and in-store trunk shows. You will ensure impeccable service, coordinate transport and post-visit processing, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Lead & Develop the Assistant Team: Direct, coach, and mentor Stylist Assistants to ensure they are executing their tasks to Company standards.
• Oversee Styling Visit Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end operations for off-site styling visits and home “closet cleans,” including transport, kit preparation, and post-visit processing.
• Execute Client Events: Manage the tactical setup and breakdown of in-store styling events and trunk shows, ensuring the environment is curated and welcoming for VIP guests.
• Maintain Service Standards: Conduct regular “quality control” checks on fitting rooms and styling suites to ensure they remain pristine and reflect the brand’s high-end aesthetic.
• Inventory & Merchandise Flow: Take initiative to monitor new luxury deliveries; ensure the assistants are pulling the right product for stylists and that all merchandise is handled with extreme care.
• Resolve Operational Friction: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving logistical issues, ensuring that the Personal Stylists can focus entirely on their clients.
• Talent Management: Hire, train, and onboard new Stylist Assistants, building a pipeline of talent that understands the demands of the luxury market.
• Performance Oversight: In partnership with the Personal Stylist Manager, address performance concerns within the assistant team and provide ongoing feedback to ensure maximum productivity and service excellence.

Under the direction of the Personal Stylist Manager, the Stylist Support Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of all luxury styling services, client events, and off-site visits. You will lead and mentor a team of Stylist Assistants, ensuring they provide world-class support to our Personal Stylists while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Your goal is to ensure that every “behind-the-scenes” detail is executed with white-glove precision to drive client loyalty and business growth.

You Also Have

• A proven track record of managing support teams or operations within a high-end service, hospitality, or luxury retail environment.
• Operational Proficiency: Experience with logistics, inventory management, or event coordination.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in utilizing clienteling tools, scheduling software, and MS Office (Excel is a must for tracking logistics).
• Ultimate Flexibility: A “no task is too small” attitude and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate high-profile client needs.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The salary for this position is between $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
