Job summary

LOFT in Katy Mills is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store organized and ready to impress on the sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our inviting environment. You will bring a hospitality mindset, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, and tech proficiency to operate the POS

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with personalized recommendations.
• Comfort with using a POS system and handling transactions.
• Strong teamwork and communication with store teammates.

Responsibilities
