Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Katy Mills, Katy, TX is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers find looks they love. You will greet shoppers, share product knowledge, and guide styling decisions to create memorable experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll keep merchandise organized, use the POS system, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals while delivering an inviting omnichannel journey. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required; previous retail or hospitality

Qualifications

Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding products and making styling recommendations.
Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices and drive brand loyalty.
Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer experience.
Use technology and the POS system to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
