Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate in Grapevine, TX. As the brand ambassador, you’ll connect with customers, offer personalized styling, keep the sales floor organized, and contribute to a welcoming, polished shopping environment.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver personalized experiences, share product knowledge, and uphold brand standards while using available tools to support omnichannel shopping. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
