Dry Goods is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships that drive sales. You will share product knowledge, maintain an organized, visually appealing store, and process POS transactions while staying responsive to customers across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

You will thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment, greeting every guest warmly and helping them create personal looks.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and share it with customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain a clean, organized space.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive, friendly service to create a positive experience.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and meet sales goals.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Highlight product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive purchases.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and manage account information.
• Unpack and display stock to maintain an appealing storefront.
• Keep the store clean and visually organized at all times.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
