Life Time Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist.

You will support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships, and providing a positive, educational member experience that upholds the Life Time Brand. Responsibilities include developing client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, performing demos, promoting and selling programs, and completing all client documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified personal trainer with CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Able to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 1 year of personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Engage in required training and stay current on certifications and trends.
• Conduct stretch and recovery demos for new clients and complete pre-participation screening.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Maintain documentation for each client’s fitness plan.
