Position Summary: Responsibilities, policies, procedures and standards contributing to patient safety and aligning sustained progress with organisational growth while sharing the optimised client journey to empathy and trust.

What you’ll do: Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax & Pull and Click & Pull orders, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, and recommending improvements. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, locating merchandise, resolving concerns, promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans. Embraces differences, builds strong relationships, mentors others and embodies Walmart values of integrity, service and excellence.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
