Qualifications

• Member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise.
• Resolve issues and promote Walmart products and services.
• Follow safety standards and guidelines, including forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling.
• Maintain order accuracy of orders and invoices; secure items for member pickup.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and ethics by implementing related action plans and applying Open Door Policy.
• Delivers benefits and helps Members understand programs like Live Better U and other perks.
