Responsibilities

• Welcome Members and explain benefits
• Promote Walmart products and services and drive membership goals
• Process memberships upgrades and related transactions
• Assist with purchases and resolve member inquiries
• Maintain safety and handling procedures
• Complete orders and ensure accuracy of invoices and items
• Wrap, palletize, and secure items for Members' pickup
• Support events and sales/marketing activities
• Provide courteous service and resolve issues to meet member needs
