Meijer Inc. is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and deliver a smooth pickup experience. You will help with accurate order fulfillment, greet customers, and maintain positive relationships with teammates across the store.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies while supporting curbside operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable.
• Able to follow procedures and stay productive.
• Past online ordering experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service by accurately fulfilling online orders.
• Greet customers warmly and respond to questions in person or by phone.

What You'll Do

As a Digital Clerk, you'll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish.

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

In short: you'll turn online orders into easy, reliable, "right-on-time" pickups.
