Bloomingdale's is seeking a highly energetic Personal Shopping Assistant to join our Personal Shopping Team. You will help enhance the appearance of our store, maintain a neat, clean and organized shopping environment, and deliver friendly, attentive service to customers.

As a Bloomingdale's Personal Shopping Assistant, you will engage customers, locate merchandise, and support sales efforts while adapting to a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• No Education or Experience Required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Possesses drive, is goal-oriented, has an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures.
• A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Upholding Bloomingdale's outstanding presentation standards.
• Offering customer service to internal and external customers.

• Locate pre-sold merchandise for customers as needed.
• Additional selling support assignments according to business needs.
