Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, delivering a quick and accurate pickup experience from start to finish. You will help drive loyalty by providing courteous service and efficient order fulfillment at the Meijer Pickup area.

The role requires good communication, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and a minimum of 1 year in retail or cashier roles. Weekly pay and scheduling flexibility are among the benefits offered, along with education

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable; able to follow procedures consistently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside pickup service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Greet customers and respond to questions courteously in person and over the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and store leadership.
• Follow bagging standards and ensure food safety guidelines are followed.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
