Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking caring Personal Services Assistants to provide in-home care for residents in Delray Beach, FL. The role offers flexible scheduling, with 1–2 days per week or more based on availability, and competitive hourly pay.

Candidates support daily routines, medication reminders, and independent living in Lifespace communities. As part of a mission-driven team, you’ll help residents stay engaged, healthy, and connected while receiving training and growth opportunities
