4 PRETTY PURPLE WALLS LLC is seeking a Personal Service Assistant (PSA) and/or Home Community Service Assistant (HCBS) to join our team. You will work directly with clients in their homes, following a one-on-one service plan and providing personalized, compassionate care with a big heart.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to build genuine relationships while maintaining client safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Proof of accredited Home Health Aide License (if applicable)
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year prior professional experience
• Driver’s license required with Valid Car Insurance
• Must Be 18 years old or older
• Must Pass an TB Test or negative Chest X-Ray
• Must Pass a Background Test
• Must Pass the PSA Attendant Service Exam with at least 85%
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications reminders
• Light cooking as needed
• Errands as desired by client
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
