The Personal Property Specialist performs working‑level clerical and technical duties required to expedite the discovery, assessment, valuation, taxation, billing, and record maintenance of personal property within the county, including manufactured homes, business personal property, transitory property, and related exemption review responsibilities. Acts as the first point of contact for the public by greeting, answering questions, and directing phone calls.
This is a full‑time benefitted position generally working M‑F 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. You get weekends off, 14 paid holidays, and plenty of personal leave time! We have competitive wages, great insurance benefits, and we also participate in the Utah Retirement System.
