Visiting Angels Marble Falls is hiring caregivers to serve clients throughout the Highland Lakes area, offering flexible schedules and growth opportunities. As a Personal Nurse Aide, you’ll support clients with daily activities and wellness according to care plans.

You’ll help with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while reporting health changes and emergencies. Training in dementia/Alzheimer’s care is available to broaden skills.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed).
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at scheduled times.

As a Visiting Angels Personal Nurse Aide, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

• Helping clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting clients with light physical exercise or walks
• Planning and preparing meals with clients
• Handling light housekeeping duties
• Reporting health changes or unusual incidents
• Providing pleasant, supportive companionship
• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Accompanying and supervise clients during shopping trips
• Reminding clients to take prescription medications appropriately
• Providing assistance with mobility and ambulation both at home and during appointments/errands

Personal Nurse Aide Job Requirements:
