Jobot in Grand Ledge, MI is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Producer to drive new business in our local office. You will establish and maintain client relationships while selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella insurance, etc., with access to 150+ carriers to boost retention and close rates.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, a competitive base, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training within a fast‑growing agency.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and objections.
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes.
• Contribute to agency goals through promoting new business and referrals.
• Utilize multiple resources to ensure success (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, marketing, social media).

We are in need of a passionate, hard working, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in one of our local offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65+ locations in 17+ states. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and close rates! Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
• Utilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task
