Job summary

Mulling Insurance Agency, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support the Personal Lines book, obtain and service accounts, and work closely with the General Manager. After training, employees may work remote one or two days per week, with a strong focus on accuracy and client service.

The role requires a 440 license with the goal to obtain a 220 license within the first year, and offers a hybrid schedule, PTO, health and other benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and be willing to obtain a 220 license within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process Personal Lines applications with complete client information.
• Review applications, renewals, and endorsements for underwriting compliance.
• Process Personal Lines renewals for the sales agent.
• Handle client requests and upsell coverages on behalf of the producer.
• Prepare ID cards for Auto clients as needed.
• Initiate and prepare endorsement requests on Personal Lines.
