Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Wall Township, NJ seeks an experienced client service professional to support personal property and casualty renewals. With guidance, you will manage renewals, advise on coverage, and handle billing and documentation in EPIC.

The successful candidate will hold a Property & Casualty license, demonstrate strong communication, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure accurate, timely servicing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty
  • State Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates exposures and renewal quote
  • Review upcoming renewals and determine accounts warrant remarket
  • Make coverage recommendations
  • Transact agency billing where applicable
  • Obtain signed binding and notify carriers
  • Reviews binding documents for accuracy
  • Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance
  • Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
  • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
  • Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
  • Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member
  • Maybe responsible for pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.

Position Summary
  • With some guidance and/or direction,leadsclient service including ALL primary activities listed below.
  • May deliver renewal messaging to some clients.
  • Majorityof time spent on standard process steps.
    • Often auto-renewals.
Primary Responsibilities

Primary Activities (60% or more of time)

  • Evaluates exposures and renewal quote

  • Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable teammember
  • Maybe responsible forpulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.
Work Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty witha comprehensiveunderstandingof insurancecoverages
Professional Licenses/Certifications
  • Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas andworkingwithin templates. Must be skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
  • Maintains effective relationshipswithclient, co-workers, and colleagues.Viewedas a team player and is cooperative and collaborative.
  • Able to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvementsin placements and services.
  • Has an understanding ofguaranteed cost program design and coverage forms.Able to provide consultationofcoverage needs.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Sets to achieve day-to-dayobjectiveswithin the context of specified solutions. Develops and implements work plans for completing projects.
  • Able to consistently perform/produce quality work,understandsthe urgency in various tasks, and consistentlymeetstimelines.
  • Proficient in self-serve portals and manages client training andutilization.
  • Follows a well-established set of activities.
  • Able to solve difficult problems that are not routine, but not overly complex.
  • Abilityto work in afast pacedenvironment with some instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day, and walking and standing arerequiredoccasionally.
