NavSav is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Illinois to help grow our book of business and improve client retention. You will support client services and engage with customers to understand coverage needs while driving retention initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong service delivery, collaboration with carriers, and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes and process changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed.
• Contribute to agency goals by following retention processes.

Key Responsibilities:
