Job summary

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support sales and provide service for personal insurance customers. The role handles changes, updates, and value-added services, with a focus on renewals, endorsements, and maintaining a diverse book of house accounts.

Licensed professionals with knowledge of carriers and strong customer service will thrive. This is an in-office role and offers opportunities for advancement within a growing independent agency with 100+

Qualifications

• Carrier knowledge required.
• Able to handle renewals and re-shop as needed.
• Endorsements with carriers reviewed for accuracy.
• Able to work on Risk Control recommendations.
• Able to handle Notice of Cancellations and seek reinstatement.
• Able to handle other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross sell additional lines of business to existing customers (Once licensed).
• Support designated sales staff.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
