Job summary

FRP is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service clients, process new and renewal business, and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves handling endorsements, coverage questions, and daily client service needs to meet client expectations.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of insurance experience and possess state licenses (4-40, 2044 or 2-20). A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college helpful for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development.
• Account rounding and retention of existing clients.
• Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs.
• Collect and analyze client information.
• Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner through daily service to clients such as endorsement requests and general coverage questions.
• Participate in marketing and sales meetings.
• Manage and retain existing book of business.
• Review and process old and new renewals, new policies, and policy changes.
• Handle questions, research, and resolve problems.
• Adhere to agency customer service standards.
• Exercising discretion and independent judgment on accounts including interviewing clients.
• Assist in product determinations
• Interpret and implement company policies within the specific factual circumstances of each client
• Review processed policies as needed
• Perform other duties required to establish, service, and maintain accounts

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for daily servicing of client including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with the client. The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with the new and existing clients as needed and is responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage.
