Job summary

Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our Brockton team in-office. This role involves managing personal lines insurance policies and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance and a valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year.

Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our Brockton team in-office. Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross‑selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager (preferred)
• Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License (preferred)
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Epic)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

This job is expected to be performed on‑site in the office. The salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 per year. This role is commission eligible.
