We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal LinesInsurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, conducting property inspections, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outreach, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and log all interactions.
  • Conduct property inspections and field underwriting to assess risks.
  • Represent the agency in community events and maintain a positive image.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and communication.
  • Stay informed on industry laws and regulations and complete continuing education.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the organization’s policies and procedures.

Qualification

  • Two to three years of insurance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health are a plus or ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and establishing long lasting relationships.
