We are a fully on-site firm, this position is in the office 5-days/week.

Job Details

This position is focused on litigation and trials. You will:

• Handle litigation files as they go through their progression towards settlement or trials
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case
• Attend and conduct depos, mediations, hearings, etc.

What we're looking for

• Must be a member of the local state bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of PI experience
• You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm
• You must be open to trying cases
