Pre‑Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Intake

• Meet with new clients to review case details and perform initial case evaluations.
• Assess the merits of the claim, explain the legal process, and outline the next steps.

Case Investigation & Evidence Development

• Conduct comprehensive fact‑gathering, including accident reports, medical treatment history, and witness interviews.

Medical Treatment Coordination
