Burnetts Staffing seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal Manager in Dallas, TX to lead and support a paralegal team, ensuring effective management of pre-litigation and litigation matters. The role demands coaching, developing, and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate has five years in personal injury litigation, NEOS experience, and a paralegal certificate. Bachelor’s degree preferred; hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with some scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Five years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of both pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Extensive experience handling and reviewing medical records.
• NEOS experience required.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous management, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including spreadsheets and chart creation.
