Formación

• Active litigation stage experience necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys in moving cases forward.
• Draft and file complaints within 30 days.
• Attend litigation meetings and liaise with clients.
