Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions and court appearances.
