Block LLP is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement, in a fast-paced environment. You will own your caseload and deliver exceptional client service for injured clients and families.

The role requires coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers, and using strong organizational skills to manage deadlines, reviews, and documentation. Full-time in Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of California personal injury case management experience.
• Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, and insurance claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
• Review police reports, medical records, insurance information, and other case documentation.
• Open and manage claims with insurance carriers.
• Identify available insurance coverage and obtain policy information and limits.
• Track important deadlines, statutes, and case milestones.
• Keep cases moving forward by proactively identifying and resolving outstanding issues.
