Job summary

Daniel Stark LLP in Texas seeks an experienced personal injury attorney to zealously represent clients who have suffered serious injuries from dog attacks, unsafe properties, oil field accidents, construction incidents, and workplace negligence. You will learn clients’ stories and become their relentless advocate with support from a dedicated team captain.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• State bar certification in Texas.
• 3+ years of premises liability/workplace injury experience or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Multitasking – adept at juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Organizational skills and planning – essential to structure tasks and time.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, assess injuries, and advocate for clients throughout the legal process.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the pod to align with company goals and drive outcomes.
• Maintain proactive caseload management and deliver exemplary client service.
• Develop strategies to nurture relationships with the support team and clients.
• Be assertive and fast-paced, pushing for favorable resolutions.

You will become their advocate, guide, and relentless champion throughout the legal process. • Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.
