This role involves handling cases from inception to trial with support from an experienced team, covering auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and sexual abuse.

Ideal candidates have a J.D., active California Bar membership, 1–4 years of PI or related experience, strong research and writing skills, and are prepared to litigate,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• Minimum 1-4 years of personal injury or similar law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage.
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff.
