Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is partnering with a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury law firm to recruit an experienced contract attorney. The role is remote (US-based) with an ASAP start, duration of 3 months and potential extension or conversion based on business needs.

The position entails 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, during standard Pacific Time business hours (e.g., 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) with pay at $60/hour, focusing on pre-litigation matters and evidence review.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm.
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters.
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters.
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution.
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence.

Beacon Hill's client, a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced contract attorney to support its team. The firm is currently experiencing a significant increase in workload and has an immediate and urgent need for additional support.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)Start: ASAPDuration: 3 months, with potential to extend or convert to a direct-hire position based on business needsHours: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, during standard Pacific Time business hours (e.g., 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM)Pay: $60/hour

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Oregon or Washington state bar admission is a plus, but not required
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided
