BCG Attorney Search seeks a Personal Injury Attorney for our New Orleans, LA office. You will manage a full caseload from evaluation through settlement or trial, handling auto and trucking collisions, premises liability, and serious injury and wrongful death claims.

You will draft petitions, motions, discovery, and pretrial submissions; take and defend depositions; work with experts; appear at hearings, mediations, and trials; and negotiate settlements while supervising a case manager and

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Louisiana State Bar in good standing.
• Experience handling personal injury matters through resolution.
• Knowledge of Louisiana civil procedure, prescription periods, and insurance coverage issues.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Preferred: Plaintiff-side experience, deposition and trial experience, familiarity with medical lien and reimbursement issues, bilingual in English and Spanish.
