Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Macon, GA to represent clients across Georgia with an active Georgia Bar license. The candidate will showcase strong courtroom skills, robust litigation experience, and a commitment to client service.

Key duties include handling disputes from initial filing through trial, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, and managing mediations and hearings in coordination with support staff.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation/trial experience preferred; willing to train less experienced candidates.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
