GriffithLaw, a growing personal injury firm, seeks an Attorney licensed in Tennessee to join a fast-paced practice in handling motor vehicle, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. You will develop as a trial lawyer, manage high-volume cases, and work with a team dedicated to client excellence.

The role offers a full-time position with potential for remote work part-time and a bonus structure based on performance. Excellent communication and litigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academics.
• Tennessee bar license or eligibility.
• Personal Injury experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong research, writing, problem-solving, and organization.
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex litigation.
• Hungry to become a superior trial lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Informing and educating clients of the phases of a case using exceptional customer service skills.
• Organizing and working files using Filevine.
• Evaluating potential cases and meeting with injured parties to discuss their claims.
• Managing and guiding your case manager(s) regarding medical records, insurance correspondence, and client contact.
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding liability questions and settlement.
• Reviewing and analyzing medical records to decide direction and value.
• Meeting with medical doctors to understand injuries and future needs.
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Drafting and finalizing discovery responses and resolving disputes.
• Legal research and writing.
• Appearing in court for conferences and motion practice.
• Preparing for and taking depositions and attending mediations and trying cases in front of a jury
