Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered personal injury.
  • Conduct thorough case research and analysis to identify legal issues and potential claims.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Liaise with medical professionals, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in trial work, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including substantial jury trial experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
