Wellhaven Home Care Charleston is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will provide personalized in-home care, support daily living activities, and help patients maintain independence.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor patient conditions, and document care accurately while offering emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Home Health Caregiver certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to patients in their homes.
• Assist with medication management, including administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
