Job summary

StretchLab in Estero, FL is seeking engaged individuals for roles as personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, and instructors to join our team. The position involves delivering one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and group classes, while building membership and providing exceptional client care.

You’ll be part of a fun, growth-oriented studio culture with ongoing training, a robust commission/bonus structure, and perks like free stretches and retail discounts.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment.
• Passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Availability to complete our 3‑day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in‑person training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
• Availability to go through our 3‑day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in‑person/hands‑on training
