Personal Financial Counselor, Assignment Ready Counselor, PFC Texas — this position provides coverage in short-term, surge and on-demand situations resulting from military needs, such as post-deployment events or to cover an existing assignment for counselors who are absent. Primary responsibilities include delivering comprehensive personal financial counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations.
Services include education and counseling addressing financial matters that may include one-on-one counseling, consultations with a commander or other provider/staff, conducting briefings and presentations, or providing referral resources outside the context of a counseling session. Works closely with installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) to ensure the program is provided within scope and meets installation needs.

Salary Range: Minimum $53,125; Maximum $84,995. This reflects anticipated base salary range based on current national data; actual pay varies by location, skills, experience, and other factors. This position may be eligible for short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
